LLR Equity Partners made a $3.5 million investment in Welocalize in July, 2000. LLR Equity Partners, L.P. is a $250 million fund formed to make private equity investments in Mid-Atlantic growth companies and middle market businesses, with the goal of generating substantial capital appreciation. In addition, the Fund will be opportunistic, seeking investments that will benefit from the experience and business acumen of the General Partner, such as those with business, legal or financial complexities.
